I always love your roasted veggies, the tomato/goat cheese pastries were very yummy and BRING ON the desserts. The mini cupcake and strawberries were excellent!

So after last night’s event, I’ve heard a number of people say how awesome the food was! The lines went quickly; there was a ton of food to eat and a variety of it as well. Someone had noticed you walking around trying to help the servers. Once I get the pictures uploaded, Ill make sure I get them to you. I personally was thoroughly impressed with how it looked and you guys over did yourselves, especially on those chocolate covered strawberries. I never did get a chance to get to the dessert station but the setup was absolutely beautiful! Great job and you can always use me as a reference for the future.

Let me say again how thrilled we were with the party, especially the part you were responsible for. The food and presentation were, as always, outstanding and the service was absolutely fantastic.
